- Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully!
- In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty, please email us at shoptuwalu@gmail.com within 10 business days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please ensure you email as soon as you receive your order with your full name, order number, description of the item and images of the damaged item. Once we assess the item, we will refund the purchase price or provide a replacement.
- Processing of your refund will occur within 5 business days of receiving the items back and provided they are in the original condition. Customers are responsible for postage costs to return to us. A refund request must be done within 10 business days of receiving the delivery.
