🏪 Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Tuwalu is proudly online-only. We don’t have a walk-in store, but our full range of home décor—including wall art, vinyl labels, and soft furnishings—is available right here on our website.

🛍️ Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most Tuwalu orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. For custom orders, please allow an additional 2–3 days for processing. We use overnight NZ shipping whenever possible, but delivery times may vary—especially during peak seasons or public holidays.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey to your door.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
At this stage, we ship NZ-wide only. We’re proudly Kiwi-owned and focused on serving local homes with beautiful, affordable décor.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at shoptuwalu@gmail.com or our contact page.

🏷️ Product Information

What surfaces do your vinyl labels stick to?
Our labels adhere best to smooth, clean surfaces like glass, plastic, mirrors, tiles, and painted wood. They won’t stick to raw wood, fabric, or rough textures.

Are the labels reusable?
No, our vinyl labels are removable but not reusable. If you need to reposition, apply gentle heat to soften the adhesive.

How do I apply my vinyl label?

Are the labels waterproof?
They’re water-resistant 24 hours after application. We recommend hand washing only—labels are not dishwasher safe.

Can I return my order?
Because our products are made to order, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re here to help.
